Terms and Conditions for Online Payment
Welcome to Dr. Bhoomi’s Homeocare. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our online payment services via the Razorpay Payment Gateway. By proceeding with an online payment, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
1. Payment Processing
1.1 All online payments for consultations, medicines, or other services are processed through Razorpay, a secure third-party payment gateway.
1.2 We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards
- Net Banking
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.)
- Digital Wallets (Paytm, etc.)
2. Payment Confirmation
2.1 Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS from Razorpay.
2.2 If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at drbhoomihomeocare@gmail.com or call us at 9328647027.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
3.1 Consultation Fees
Refunds for canceled appointments will be processed within 5–7 business days, subject to clinic policies.
3.2 Medicines & Products
Once dispatched, medicines cannot be returned or refunded, unless they are damaged or incorrect.
3.3 Failed/Excess Payments
If a transaction fails but the amount is debited, Razorpay will initiate an automatic refund within 7–10 business days.
4. Data Privacy & Security
4.1 We do not store your credit/debit card or banking details. All transactions are securely processed by Razorpay in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
4.2 By making a payment, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India/Gujarat.
